Classroom Teacher – Early Years (Reception)

 

The Headteacher and Governors of William Bellamy Primary School are seeking to appoint an Early Careers Teachers. We are looking for teachers that are passionate about making learning a valuable and enjoyable experience, to ensure that every child reaches their full potential. The successful candidates will have a passion for teaching and learning and a real ambition to stretch, challenge and inspire children to academic success in all its forms. They will be an innovative practitioner and be fully supportive of the all-round ethos and strategic vision of the school. The successful candidate should also have a passion for nurturing children ensuring that every child feels safe, secure and valued.

Tollgate Lead NQT Co-ordinator stated (2018):

‘William Bellamy Primary School has robust policies and structures in place which enables them to accurately assess and evaluate the NQT’s practice against the Teachers’ Standards. This has enabled the NQTs to make good progress in their teaching.’ The outstanding support package the school offers NQT’s means the school has been awarded the Tollgate TTA Platinum Kite Mark for the high level of NQT provision.

 

Ofsted Report (November 2018) stated:

‘Senior leaders respond well to staff. Speaking with me, and through their responses to Ofsted’s staff survey, staff say that you and other senior colleagues are highly supportive. They appreciate the opportunities they are given to help improve the quality of their teaching and the opportunities they have to develop their professional careers.’

(School Centered Initial Teacher Training)

 

Our excellent training is supported by a large partnership of more than 100 NURSERIES, PRIMARY, AND SPECIAL SCHOOLS and accredited by Anglia Ruskin University. Due to the outstanding reputation we hold locally for the provision of effective training, our trainees are among the first to gain employment each year, usually within partner schools.

 

We pride ourselves on offering excellent support, providing you with your own personal tutor during training and continuing support into your first year of teaching with our support team.

 

Training with one of the largest school-based primary teacher training providers in our region makes you part of our ‘Education Family’ along with hundreds of others who have gone before you!
