International/Community Links
This year, William Bellamy Primary School collected 400+ story books and numerous teaching materials through a book amnesty that took place over 1 week. The books were donated by our children (with parental support) across the school and hand delivered to our overseas friends at Bethel Academy in West Africa, Ghana.
The Children and teachers of the school were overwhelmed with gratitude due to William Bellamy's generousity and kindness. These voluntary donations are now proudly arranged in their school library to support their learning and development. Through this, our children have learnt the value of giving and sharing. A mark and connection has been made overseas between our children and theirs.
We are delighted that the donation has been received and cherished... we hope to continue building our connection with other international schools.
