Following the enormous success and fun had by all during World Book Day last year, our school will again, be taking part in World Book Day on Thursday 5 March 2015. We would like your support in bringing in a £1 donation, which we will be donating to Book Aid International. Book Aid International is an organisation that sends books to African communities in order to support children’s learning.
Children will be taking part in a full day of exciting book/reading related activities. On this day, children will be invited to dress up in the following themes:

Children are expected to come in dressed up as their chosen character from the theme above. A prize will be given for the top three costumes in each theme, so please help children to get creative and stand out!
Your child will also be receiving a new book to read and keep at home.
